Harvey Norman Holdings Limited (ASX: HVN) posted a strong performance for the half-year ended December 31, 2025, with significant growth across multiple segments. Total system sales increased by 6.9% to AU$5.16 billion, driven by a solid 4.8% rise in Australian franchisee sales to AU$3.50 billion and a robust 11.6% increase in company-operated retail sales to AU$1.66 billion.

Internationally, company-operated retail operations in New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, Slovenia, and Croatia performed well, although the UK operations are still in the early growth phase. The company remains on a strong financial footing with AU$8.77 billion in total assets and a conservative net debt-to-equity ratio of 13.02%.
