GreenHy2 Limited entered into an exclusive agency agreement with GKN

GreenHy2 Limited (ASX: H2G) announced that it had signed an exclusive agency agreement with GKN to assemble, integrate and supply GKN´s Hydrogen Equipment, including the OEM Hydrogen Metal Hydride Storage technology in Australia and NZ.

The key points of the contract:

• The contract begins on 1st January 2023
• Initial Term: 2 years from the Commencement Date, or until terminated as per the Agreement.
• First Further Term: 2 years, starting on the expiry of the Initial Term or until terminated as per the Agreement.
• Second Further Term: 3 years, starting on the expiry of the First Further Term or until terminated as per the Agreement.
• Territory: Australia and New Zealand
• Additional Territories:
• The company is free to act in countries and offer GKN equipment in Southeast Asia on a project-by-project basis following GKN approval.
• The Agreement is subject to GreenHy2 sales performance targets with a 1-year minimum tenure.
