Gratifii Strengthens Loyalty Business with Strategic Expansion Plans
Gratifii Limited (ASX: GTI) has unveiled a major expansion strategy through the planned acquisition of Simplicity Loyalty and a strategic partnership with Marketplacer. To support these developments, the company secured AU$10 million through a capital raising initiative. The acquisition of Simplicity Loyalty is expected to broaden Gratifii’s presence across Australia and New Zealand while adding established enterprise customers from sectors such as retail, quick-service restaurants, and consumer goods. The deal is also expected to improve recurring revenue generation and create operational efficiencies through platform integration and cost synergies.
At the same time, Gratifii intends to invest in Marketplacer, a technology platform that supports large-scale online marketplaces. This collaboration is expected to significantly expand the range of products and services available to Gratifii’s extensive member network, creating stronger customer engagement and higher transaction activity. The company believes these initiatives will strengthen its market position, improve earnings potential, and support long-term business growth by combining loyalty solutions with scalable digital commerce capabilities.
