Findi Secures AU$25 Million Institutional Placement to Drive Expansion and Strengthen Ownership
Findi Limited (ASX: FND) has successfully completed an AU$25 million institutional equity placement to enhance its financial flexibility and support strategic growth initiatives. The capital raising is structured to refinance debt facilities, release restricted cash, and provide additional working capital while maintaining majority control of its Indian subsidiary, Transaction Solutions International (TSI).
The funds will allow the company to restructure term loans, reduce interest expenses, and restart capital expenditure programs, including the rollout of SBI and CBI Brown Label ATM contracts. It will also accelerate refurbishment and redeployment of white label ATMs and inject growth capital into Bankit Services to expand its presence in the rapidly growing digital payments market. Importantly, the placement increases Findi’s ownership in TSI to 90.8 percent, positioning shareholders more advantageously compared to an alternative investment structure that could have led to material dilution.
