DomaCom announced the commencement of a capital raise

DomaCom Limited (ASX: DCL) announced the commencement of a capital raise of up to AU$4,800,000 (before costs) via a private placement at an issue price of AU$0.066 per share to sophisticated and professional investors.

The capital raised through the Placement will give a solid financial base and allow a new plan to be rolled out to take advantage of several opportunities to grow as well as scale the company.

Further, the Company aims to raise another AU$4,065,000 (before costs) via the issue of up to a further 61,590,909 Ordinary Shares at $0.066 per Share on or before 10 June 2022, under the capacity available under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A.
