Coronado Global Resources Inc. (ASX: CRN) confirmed that it was in discussion with Arch Resources, Inc regarding a merger. Currently, the companies are no longer in discussions related to the transition. However, the Company every once in a while engages with other businesses to consider possible transactions as portion of its plan to drive shareholder value. However, no such discussions are ongoing.
Coronado further clarified that there are no prospects that the discussions with Arch will recommence.
