Celsius Resources Limited Appointed Grant Samuel for Strategic Financial Advisory
Celsius Resources Limited (ASX: CLA) has formally appointed Grant Samuel Capital Advisory Pty Limited to assist in securing financial backing for its Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Copper-Gold Project (MCB), a key initiative led through its subsidiary in the Philippines, Makilala Mining Co., Inc. (MMCI). The project has drawn significant attention from a diverse group of international financiers, offering a broad range of funding options including offtake agreements, debt solutions, and equity participation. This comes just ahead of the expected completion of the MCB Definitive Feasibility Study. Grant Samuel will play a key role in guiding the company through the funding process, helping structure the optimal financial solution, and negotiating key terms to ensure the project's success.
In addition, Bardin Davis has been appointed as a consultant specializing in strategic project development. Davis brings a wealth of experience in both the mining sector and emerging markets, offering expert advice to the Board as they finalize the financing arrangements and prepare for the project’s transition into its construction phase.
