BMG Resources Limited (ASX: BMG) has successfully completed an AU$2.5 million strategic placement, enabling the company to fully fund major drill programs across its flagship Abercromby and Bullabulling West gold projects in Western Australia. The raise was completed at the 30-day VWAP, minimising dilution while attracting strong participation from institutional and strategic international investors. Funds will accelerate drilling at Abercromby, where the company holds a maiden MRE of 11.12Mt at 1.45 g/t Au for 518,000oz, including high-grade zones and free-milling gold with strong recoveries.
The program will target extensions akin to the high-grade Never Never deposit nearby. Drilling at Bullabulling West will test potential westward extensions of mineralisation from the adjacent Bullabulling Gold Mine, which recently increased its resource to 4.5Moz. The placement strengthens BMG’s growth trajectory as it advances its 100% owned gold portfolio.
