Sky Metals Mobilises Second Rig to Accelerate High-Grade Drilling at Tallebung
Sky Metals Limited (ASX: SKY) has mobilised a second drill rig to accelerate its large-scale 100-plus-hole drilling program at the Tallebung Tin Project in New South Wales. The new rig will fast-track priority drilling around the standout TBRC171 intercept — 3m at 686.3 g/t silver and 0.96% tin from 24m, located on the south-eastern margin of the deposit. More than 20 holes have already been completed, with additional drilling targeting extensions to multiple newly discovered high-grade tin–silver zones.
First assays are expected in December, with further updates to follow as results flow in. The expanded program also includes in-fill drilling to support an updated Mineral Resource Estimate in early 2026, which will incorporate data from over 300 drillholes. Sky Metals remains well-funded following AU$592,000 in recent director and management participation from the latest placement.
