Invictus Energy Limited (ASX: IVZ) has provided a detailed update on its ongoing Joint Venture with Al Mansour Holdings (AMH) through their shared entity, Al Mansour Oil & Gas (AMOG). Both parties are finalising the partnership and governance framework while advancing negotiations on several high-impact acquisition opportunities across Africa. Alongside this, Invictus and AMH—along with select Qatari partners—are working on an agreement structure that could lead to the Qatari group securing up to a 50% stake in Invictus, subject to regulatory approvals in Australia and Qatar. This includes the requirement for an Independent Experts’ Report and potential FIRB clearance.
To align with these negotiations, settlement of the previously announced placement has been deferred to 27 January 2026, while all associated terms and AGM resolutions remain unchanged. The Company emphasises that there is no assurance the proposed agreement will be finalised.
