Senetas Corporation completes AU$5 million share placement

Senetas Corporation Limited (ASX: SEN) announced that it had completed a share placement to institutional and sophisticated investors to raise AU$5 million. The funds raised by the share placement would primarily be used to support additional investment in Senetas’s owned subsidiary company, Votiro Cybersec Global Pty Ltd.

Under the Placement, 108,214,917 ordinary shares will be issued under Listing Rule 7.1A.2, and 23,364,031 ordinary shares will be issued under Listing Rule 7.1. Each share under the placement would be issued at AU$0.038. It represents a 13.6% discount to the last traded price of Senetas shares on 2 May 2022 and a 17.6% discount to the VWAP of SNS shares over the 15 trading days before the Placement.
