REA Group Limited released financial result of 1HFY23 ended 31 December 2022

REA Group Limited (ASX: REA) reported its half-year results ended December 31, 2022. The company's financial highlights from core operations include a 5% YoY revenue increase to AU$617 million, a 2% decline in EBITDA excluding associates to AU$359 million, and a 9% decrease in net profit to AU$205 million. The reported net profit fell to AU$202 million due to one-time effects in both quarters.

The company has an AU$600 million syndicated financing facility with two maturities in September 2024 and September 2025, respectively, of AU$400 million and AU$200 million. Following the payment of AU$95 million in December 2022 and a cash position of AU$142 million as of December 30, 2022, the company's total drawn debt was AU$319 million.
