Rafaella Resources Limited (ASX: RFR) announced that it had entered into a binding agreement via its wholly owned subsidiary RFR Quebec Inc., with Gestion Ora-Mirage Ltee to buy the Horden Lake polymetallic deposit. The total consideration of the acquisition is C$4.0 million.
The Horden Lake battery metals project is an advanced project situated approx. 140 km north of Matagami and complementary to its previous Belleterre Angliers exploration project, also held by wholly owned subsidiary RFR Québec Inc, which now has a significant battery metals portfolio in a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction.
