Pro Medicus signs 8-year, AU$12 million contract with Samaritan Health Services

Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) announced that its 100%-owned U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., has entered into an AU$12 million contract with Oregon-based Samaritan Health Services for eight years’ time period, a community-based, integrated delivery network based in Oregon. Samaritan has 5 hospitals in the mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast.

As per the contract, the company’s cloud-engineered Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform, comprising Visage 7 Open Archive and Visage 7 Workflow modules, is executed all over Samaritan, providing an integrated diagnostic imaging platform across the network. The company starts the planning for the rollout with initial go-lives expected for the 2HCY23.
