Perpetual Limited announced Board Changes

Perpetual Limited (ASX: PPT) announced the appointments of Kathryn Matthews and Christopher Jones to the company’s Board of Directors would take effect on 24 January 2023. After becoming part of the board, Kathryn will join the Board’s Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee, and Christopher will join the board’s People and Remuneration Committee. Both will also join the Board’s Investment Committee.

The company’s independent Non-Executive Director, Craig Ueland, will retire from the board effective 24 January 2023. The board asked him to stay on past the usual three terms and with the completion of the Pendal acquisition, but he feels it is an appropriate time to retire. Greg Cooper replaces Craig as Chairman of the Board’s Investment Committee as the independent non-Executive director.
