Peak Processing Expands Manufacturing Partnership with St. Peters Beverages

Peak Processing Limited (ASX: PKP) has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities through an expanded partnership with St. Peter’s Beverages, which holds licensing rights for the Green Monké and Cookies cannabis beverage brands. The updated contract will transition the full Green Monké range and all remaining Cookies SKUs to Peak’s manufacturing platform. This expansion includes an additional 10 SKUs, increasing the total production from 4 to 14 SKUs, representing a 250% increase in the manufacturing quota. The expected incremental annual production of 500,000 to 700,000 units will significantly enhance revenue generation, with all new SKUs to be produced using Peak’s Envision Emulsions platform. This partnership also provides exposure to key U.S. market opportunities, including a new distribution agreement for Green Monké with Circle K, which covers 5 U.S. states and approximately 1,300 stores.
