Memphasys Limited Completes Shortfall Placement to Fund Felix Commercial Rollout.
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) has completed the placement of shortfall securities under its Entitlement Offer, raising approximately AU$579,000 through the issue of 193.1 million new shares at AU$0.003 per share, together with free attaching unlisted options. Combined with the previously completed entitlement offer, total funds raised under the prospectus now exceed AU$1.12 million. The additional capital further strengthens the company’s balance sheet and supports execution following recent regulatory and commercial milestones, including CE Mark approval for the Felix System and the signing of a long-term European commercial agreement. Proceeds will be directed toward accelerating sales across Europe and the Middle East, supporting early commercial demand through inventory and manufacturing scale-up, advancing regulatory approvals in Australia and India, and meeting general working capital requirements. The placement positions Memphasys to drive near-term revenue generation and scalable international growth.
