Jayride Accelerates SaaS Platform Rollout While Managing Costs and Advancing Recapitalization Strategy in Q3 FY26
Jayride Group Limited (ASX: JAY) reported its March 2026 quarter, highlighting continued progress in repositioning the business toward a scalable Mobility-as-a-Service and SaaS-led model. The Company scaled up the implementation of its white-label platform across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific region, and Southeast Asia, equipping transport operators with end-to-end capabilities spanning booking, payment processing, and fleet coordination. At the same time, the legacy aggregator business has been refined to focus on higher-margin routes with tighter partner and credit controls. Financial discipline remained a priority, with operating cash outflows contained at approximately AU$322,000 during the quarter, as shown in the cash flow table on page 3. However, the closing cash balance stood at approximately AU$15,000, highlighting the need for recapitalization. Management is progressing funding initiatives and restructuring plans to support platform growth, improve liquidity, and facilitate reinstatement to trading.
