Kula Gold Limited (ASX: KGD) has reported strong final assay results from its recent RC and diamond drilling campaign at the Mt Palmer Gold Project in the Southern Cross Goldfields, confirming the presence of multiple high-grade gold zones over a growing strike length. Key results include intersections of up to 7 metres at 10.65 grams per tonne gold and narrower high-grade intervals exceeding 50 grams per tonne, with mineralisation now defined across nine zones spanning approximately 3 kilometres and remaining open along strike. These results support the potential for future resource definition drilling and highlight similarities with mineralisation styles observed at the nearby El Dorado trend.
In parallel, maiden RC drilling has been completed at the Wozi Niobium Project in Malawi, with assay results expected in the first quarter. Separately, Forrestania Resources’ takeover bid for Kula has increased to over 73%, with the Board recommending shareholders accept the offer ahead of its anticipated closure in early January.
