EZZ Appoints Aumake as Exclusive Global Distributor with AU$10 Million Minimum Commitments
EZZ Life Science Holdings Limited (ASX: EZZ) has entered into a four-year global distribution agreement with Aumake Limited (ASX: AUK) covering a range of exclusive co-developed EZZ-branded products. Under the agreement, Aumake has been appointed as exclusive global distributor across all sales channels, with the arrangement commencing in February 2026. The contract includes minimum aggregate purchase commitments of AU$10 million over the initial term, comprising minimum annual purchases of AU$2.5 million per year. Aumake will be responsible for global sales execution, logistics and channel management in line with EZZ’s brand and quality standards, while EZZ retains full ownership of intellectual property and branding. The agreement supports EZZ’s strategy to accelerate international expansion through established platforms while maintaining a capital-light operating model. Automatic renewal provisions apply, subject to performance and termination conditions, aligning both parties toward long-term growth objectives.
