European Lithium entered into a non-binding MoU to construct & operate a hydroxide plant

European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR) announced that it had entered into a non-binding agreement with Obeikan Investment Group to construct and operate a hydroxide plant in Saudi Arabia for the fully owned Wolfsberg Lithium project in Austria.

Under the agreement, the company and Obeikan will work collectively to negotiate appropriate terms to build and operate a hydroxide plant in Saudi Arabia. The company was also invited to the Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They were welcomed by international mining industry leaders, governments, investors, and other important participants to develop prospects for long-term partnerships.
