Cettire Limited Announces Board Changes

Cettire Limited (ASX: CTT), a global luxury fashion platform, has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Rick Dennis, who has served as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee since Cettire's listing in 2020, has chosen to retire. The role of Independent Non-Executive Director will be taken by Mr. Rowan Lang. Mr. Lang brings over 20 years of expertise in business operations, corporate finance, and strategy, having previously worked with Flagstaff Partners and Investec Principal Investments. 

Moreover, Mr. Jon Gidney will take on the position of Chair for the Audit and Risk Committee. The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Dennis for his long-term commitment and welcomed Mr. Lang’s strategic and governance expertise.
