Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP) announced the acquisition of two industrial development sites plus one strategic investment property with total estimated end value of AU$59 million.
At the same time, the Company is divesting an asset for AU$34.5 million, providing a 37% premium to the 31 December 2021 book value of AU$25.2 million. The divestment of this asset offers CIP the opportunity to directly deploy the proceeds into compelling and accretive value-add initiatives to deliver potential growth for CIP unitholders.
