Adbri Limited announced leadership transition and provides trading update

Adbri Limited (ASX:ABC) announced that its CEO and Managing Director would be leaving the role. Nick Miller will step down as Director. The Board will work with him to transition his executive roles in a methodical way.

Other than the update related to the leadership transition, the Company provided trading update.  Adbri highlighted that earnings were impacted by constant wet weather conditions which impacted the volume and cost, and an escalation of input and operational costs irrespective of the actions taken to address the inflationary pressures.

The Company now anticipates its underlying NPAT excluding property and significant items in the range of AU$75 –AU$85 million for the FY2022 ended 31 December 2022.
