Vysarn Strengthens Funding Position Through Capital Raising
Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS) a vertically integrated water services company, has successfully completed the bookbuild for its fully underwritten capital raising, securing firm commitments from institutional and professional investors. Vysarn will raise approximately AU$65.3 million through the issuance of 62.2 million new fully paid ordinary shares, priced at AU$1.05 each, providing additional capital to advance its strategic growth plans.
The strong investor participation highlights market confidence in Vysarn’s strategic direction and long-term opportunities within the water services sector. The newly issued placement shares are scheduled for settlement on 5 August 2026, with trading on the ASX expected to commence from 6 August 2026. The additional capital provides financial flexibility to advance operational expansion and strengthen the company’s position in a growing infrastructure-focused market.
