The move comes as the company delivered its 1H26 results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, highlighting resilient performance despite challenging jackpot conditions.

Group revenue rose to AU$1,815.0 million at the time of writing, while EBITDA was AU$367.0 million at the time of writing. Net profit after tax was AU$173.3 million as of the date of writing.

Lotteries turnover totalled AU$3,231 million at the time of writing, down 1.0% year-on-year, as unfavourable Powerball and Oz Lotto jackpot outcomes created an estimated AU$400 million turnover impact at the time of writing. However, base games delivered solid growth, with Saturday lotto turnover up 11.1% at the time of writing.

Keno delivered revenue of AU$199.3 million at the time of writing, up 7.0% year-on-year, with EBITDA increasing to AU$58.4 million at the time of writing. Digital share of Lotteries' turnover increased to 41.2% at the time of writing, reflecting an ongoing channel shift.

Management reiterated focus on digital transformation, local market growth, and disciplined cost management to unlock further value. The balance sheet remains robust, with net debt of AU$2,241.7 million as of the date of writing.
