AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) delivered strong FY26 growth as its US expansion strategy gained momentum. Revenue from ordinary activities increased 76% to AU$11.76 million, while gross profit reached AU$7.80 million, supported by a 63% gross margin. The EBITDA loss narrowed 35% to AU$4.23 million, with the second half generating a positive EBITDA of AU$0.61 million. Net loss after tax improved 38% to AU$4.48 million.Operational momentum was driven by rising demand for ARCEMY® metal 3D-printing systems, particularly across the US defence sector. AML3D secured major orders linked to the US Navy supply chain while continuing to expand its manufacturing capacity and international footprint.Looking ahead, AML3D enters FY27 with AU$16.8 million of orders in hand and a global sales pipeline estimated at AU$78 million. Expansion across the US, UK and European defence markets, alongside emerging AUKUS opportunities, provides a strong platform for further revenue growth.
