Aland Equity Group Limited (ASX: AEG) reported a period of substantial transformation for the financial year ended 30 June 2026. Revenue from ordinary activities declined 44.1% to $366,809, while the loss for the year widened to $7.05 million from $1.67 million in FY25. The result was significantly affected by a $525,000 goodwill impairment and $3.99 million in non-cash share-based payments.

During the year, the company rebranded from Equity Story Group to Aland Equity Group and changed its ASX code from EQS to AEG. It strengthened its capital base through a convertible loan, rights issue and share placement, while expanding into property-focused funds management. The group closed FY26 with net assets of $981,593, while its cash balance rose to approximately $2.94 million. Management is now focused on advancing its property opportunities, including Elm Grove Heights, Chinnerys and Cowra, alongside its existing funds management and research businesses.
