Tombola Gold Ltd updates on True North tenement acquisition transaction

Tombola Gold Ltd (ASX: TBA) provided an update on its announcement of 13 July 2022 regarding the procurement of various interests in five additional projects near the Cloncurry region from True North Copper Pty Ltd. Today, the company announced that the timeframe for completion of the transaction had been expanded by mutual agreement from 6 September to 13 September 2022.

Both parties have mutually agreed on due diligence conditions and are now working towards satisfying the remaining conditions to completion. The proposed procurement of stakes in five additional projects and the associated issue of consideration shares was approved by Tombola shareholders at the EGM held on 26 August 2022.
