Perenti Advances Long-Term Duketon Contract with Regis Resources
Perenti Limited (ASX: PRN) has extended its underground mining services agreement with Regis Resources (ASX: RRL) at the Duketon Operations in Western Australia for an additional 12 months. The extension increases the contract value by approximately AU$180 million and extends service delivery until at least March 2029. As part of the extended arrangement, its subsidiary Barminco will keep delivering underground development, production, and support services, without the need for any new capital investment.
The contract renewal highlights consistent operational excellence and safety standards while further strengthening the established partnership between both companies.
