Resimac Group Ltd (ASX: RMC) delivered a stronger FY26 performance, with improved earnings, lending activity and shareholder returns. Normalised NPAT increased 26% to $49.9 million, while statutory NPAT rose 42% to $49.2 million. Assets under management grew 4% to $16.5 billion, supported by a 10% rise in Home Loan AUM to $14.7 billion.

The group recorded $6.7 billion in originations, up 16%, while applications increased 17% to $10.5 billion. Net interest margin improved by five basis points to 159 bps, and impairment expenses declined 5% to $21.4 million. Resimac also declared a fully franked final dividend of 6 cents per share, taking total FY26 dividends to 19 cents per share, including the special dividend.For FY27, the company is targeting sustainable Home Loan growth, stronger risk-adjusted returns in Asset Finance and technology-driven service improvements.
