ASX/200 Closed Lower by 0.30%, Dragged down by A-REIT

By the end of the trading session on 27 June 2024, the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 ended lower by 0.30% and settled at 7,759.60. Out of 11 sectors, 07 closed higher along with the ASX 200.

Information Technology and Healthcare were the top-gaining sectors, gaining 0.74% and 0.35% respectively in their index value. On the other hand, A-REIT and Utilities were the top-gaining sectors, gaining 2.27% and 0.79% respectively in their index value.

Strike Energy Limited (ASX: STX) and Resmed Inc (ASX: RMD) are the top-gaining stocks, gaining 6.383% and 4.086% in their stock prices. On the other hand,Judo Capital Holdings Limited (ASX: JDO) and Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) went down by 6.344% and 5.974% respectively are the top-losing stocks.
