ASX/200 Closed Higher by 0.01%, Lifted by Industrials

By the end of the trading session on 11 February 2025, the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 closed higher by 0.01% and settled at 8,484.00. Out of 11 sectors, 08 ended higher along with the S&P/ASX 200.

Industrials and Information Technology are the top-gaining sectors, gaining 0.98% and 0.88% % in their index value. On the other hand,  Healthcare and Energy is the top-losing sector, losing 2.94% and 0.30% in their index value.

Nine Entertainment Co. Holdings Limited (ASX: NEC) and Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX: CQE) are the top-gaining stocks, gaining 14.007% and 8.527% in their stock prices. On the other hand, Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) and Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) went down by 9.091% and 6.933% respectively are the top-losing stocks.

  • Hang Seng declined 0.38%, while FTSE 100 climbed 0.77% at the time of writing.
