Market Alert : Global Sell-Off Extends: Liquidity Fears and Growth Concerns Dominate

ASX 200 Ended Higher By 0.60%, Tracked Wall Street

By the end of the trading session on 07 November 2022, the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 ended higher by 0.60% and settled at 6,933.70. Out of 11 sectors, 8 sectors closed higher along with the gain in the ASX 200.

The Materials and Energy sectors were the top 2 gaining sectors, gained 3.71% and 1.35% in their index values. On the other hand, the Information Technology and Financials sectors were the top 2 declining sectors, declined by 2.17% and 1.43% in their index values.

Capricorn Metals Ltd (ASX: CMM) and Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVT) were the top gainers, with 10.000% and 6.965% growth in share prices, respectively. On the other hand, Coronado Global Resources Limited (ASX: CRN) and Wisetech Global Limited (ASX: WTC) were the top losers, with a 7.049% and 5.780% drop in share prices, respectively.
