Worley Limited announced its Half year results for 2023

Worley Limited (ASX: WOR) announced 1HFY23 results as follows:

• Revenue increased 19% to AU$5,202 million.
• EBITA increased 13% to AU$283 million.
• The company's underlying EBITA margin, excluding procurement, was 6.1%, compared to 6.1%.
• The underlying NPATA of the company is AU$154 million, compared to AU$150 million.
• It has reported its underlying operating cash flow of AU$129 million, compared to AU$110 million.
• Statutory NPATA was a loss of AU$63 million, compared to a profit of AU$114 million in the prior corresponding period, mainly impacted by the non-cash loss on disposal of AU$196 million, post-tax, associated with the assets held for sale.
• Assets are held for sale as part of strategic portfolio management; a non-cash pre-tax loss on disposal group held for sale was AU$231 million (AU$196 million post-tax).
• The company’s board announced to pay an interim unfranked dividend of 25 cents per share, with a record date of 01 March 2023 and will be paid on 29 March 2023.
