Wiseway Group Strengthens Leadership Team with New CEO and CCO Appointments

Wiseway Group Limited (ASX: WWG) has announced key leadership changes to drive its next growth phase. Ken Tong has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective 01 July 2025, following his successful tenure as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Wiseway Logistics Australia and New Zealand. Under his leadership, Wiseway has delivered four consecutive half-year profitability and financial improvement periods.

Outgoing CEO Roger Tong will transition to the role of Executive Director to support the leadership transition, while Jim Tong will join the executive team as Chief Commercial Officer and step down as a Non-Executive Director on 01 May 2025. Jim brings strategic consulting expertise from leading firms like Quantium and KPMG and academic excellence and is pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School. Chair of the Board, Astrid Raetze, expressed strong confidence in the strengthened executive team, highlighting this transition as a significant milestone in Wiseway’s succession plan and future growth strategy.
