WiseTech Global Appoints Richard White as Executive Chair & Chief Innovation Officer

WiseTech Global Limited (ASX: WTC) has formalized a long-term employment agreement with its Founder and Executive Chair, Richard White, appointing him as Executive Chair and Chief Innovation Officer. The 10-year deal, effective from 26 February 2025, reinforces White’s commitment to driving the company’s product roadmap, innovation strategy, and long-term growth initiatives, with an optional five-year extension. His annual remuneration remains unchanged at AU$1 million, consistent since 2015. In this enhanced role, White will focus on product innovation, commercialization, M&A-driven growth, and succession planning. To support him, a Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief Innovation Officer role has been introduced to improve operational execution. WiseTech also confirmed progress in its CEO succession process with a shortlist of strong internal and external candidates. A permanent CEO appointment is expected before the November 2025 AGM.
