Western Yilgarn has secured AU$400,000 in funding to advance exploration efforts

Western Yilgarn NL (ASX: WYX) announced that it had secured firm commitments from sophisticated and professional investors to raise approximately AU$400,000 by strategically placing 20,000,000 ordinary shares at an attractive issue price of AU$0.02 per share. Each investor in this initiative will also receive complimentary attaching options, each exercisable at AU$0.05 and valid for three years from the date of issuance. For every two Placement Shares subscribed, investors will receive one Placement Option, pending shareholder approval.

The capital raised through this Placement will be instrumental in advancing exploration at its two premier projects, the Ida Holmes Junction and Julimar West, and will bolster its working capital. At the Julimar West Project, the Company is diligently compiling historical data, including vital surface geochemistry, drilling results, and metallurgical test work conducted over known bauxite occurrences, setting the stage for exciting developments ahead.
