Viva Leisure Ltd Reports Record FY2024 Results with Strong Membership Growth

Viva Leisure Ltd (ASX: VVA) reported a record FY2024, highlighted by a 15.9% increase in revenue to AU$163.6 million. EBITDA grew 21.0% to AU$35.4 million, driven by improved margins and operational efficiency. Despite removing 15,000 Fitness Passport members, net membership grew by approximately 18,000, with network membership nearing 400,000. Key strategic achievements included an AU$16 million capital raise, AU$15.7 million in acquisitions in Western Australia, and 21 new Plus Fitness franchise sales.

Looking forward, Viva Leisure anticipates continued membership growth, with a strong focus on cost management and further integration of Viva Pay and Hub technologies. Synergies from recent acquisitions and a targeted refurbishment program are expected to support the company’s momentum into FY2025.
