Verity Resources Secures AU$1.5M Funding to Advance Monument Gold Project

Verity Resources Limited (ASX: VRL) has secured firm commitments of AU$307,500 from sophisticated and professional investors as part of a proposed AU$1.5 million capital-raising initiative to advance the Monument Gold Project in Western Australia. The initial funds, raised under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A, will support upgrading the Korong-Waihi Mineral Resource Estimate from Inferred to Indicated, additional step-out drilling, and exploration of untested targets along a 20km strike zone.

A preliminary open pit study, conducted by Cube Consulting Pty Ltd, has been completed at Korong-Waihi’s 3.2Mt @ 1.4g/t Au (154koz Au) MRE, confirming potential economic viability. With excellent infrastructure, including a sealed road, gas pipeline, and nearby processing facilities, the project is well-positioned for accelerated development. The Company will seek shareholder approval for an additional AU$ 1.2 million placement to enhance resource confidence and expand exploration efforts in this high-potential gold district.
