Venus Metals announces the acquisition of NSR royalty Youanmi gold project

Venus Metals Corporation Limited (ASX: VMC) announced the signing of an agreement for the purchase of a 0.3% net smelter royalty in connection with the Youanmi Gold Mine Leases from Saint Clair Resources Pty Ltd by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redscope Enterprises Pty Ltd. The NSR Royalty held by Redscope Enterprises Pty Ltd at Youanmi is now 0.7%, and when the transaction is finalised, Redscope's royalty holding will climb to 1%.

The following are the acquisition's principal terms:

• Venus paid an AU$50,000 deposit upon agreement completion.
• Upon completion, the company will pay an additional AU$450,000 in cash and issue 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary Venus shares at an assumed issue price of AU$0.18 per share.
• The acquisition must be executed within thirty days of the contract's completion.
