Unico Silver Delivers Strong March Quarter Across Cerro Leon and Joaquin Projects

Unico Silver (ASX: USL) made significant exploration strides during the March 2025 quarter, with active drilling at the Cerro Leon and Joaquin projects in Santa Cruz, Argentina. At Cerro Leon, the Phase 2 diamond drilling program (~10,000m) was completed, with assay results from the remaining Phase 1 Reverse Circulation holes and initial Phase 2 diamond holes confirming high-grade mineralization. Highlights include 18m at 601g/t AgEq, 4m at 2,400g/t AgEq at the Archen prospect, and new discoveries at Karina and Silvia. Final Phase 2 assays are expected shortly.

At Joaquin, the Company commenced a maiden 10,000m drill campaign to expand mineralization and convert the current Foreign Resource Estimate to JORC compliance. The first assay results from Joaquin are anticipated in the June quarter. Unico closed the quarter with a strong cash balance of AU$19.8 million, positioning it well to advance its regional strategic consolidation following recent Pan American Silver and Yamana acquisitions.
