Tungsten to acquire the remaining 80% interest in the Hatches Creek Tungsten Project

Tungsten Mining NL (ASX: TGN) announces its acquisition of the remaining 80% interest in the Hatches Creek Tungsten Project from GWR Group Ltd, solidifying TGN's 100% ownership of the project. This strategic move is designed to fast-track TGN's full ownership and mark the commencement of the first drilling campaign. Upon finalization of the acquisition, the TGN group will possess exclusive control of the project, placing it in a prime position to capitalize on the thriving tungsten market.

The project boasts multiple high-grade polymetallic tungsten prospects and shows significant potential for a high-grade tungsten deposit. With the area still largely unexplored, there is ample opportunity for resource expansion. As part of the agreement, TGN will issue 107.5 million fully paid ordinary shares to GWR Group at a deemed issue price of AU$0.08 per share. This strategic move will raise GWR's voting power in TGN to approximately 19.86%.
