Trigg Minerals Expands U.S. Tungsten Portfolio and Advances Drilling Programs
Trigg Minerals Limited (ASX: TMG) has significantly expanded its U.S. tungsten portfolio by securing the majority of the historic Nightingale Tungsten District in Nevada, including 100% of the high-grade Alpine Mine and southern Garfield Force Mine. The new claims cover a 3-mile mineralised trend of past-producing mines, positioning Trigg as a key player in U.S. tungsten development.
The company plans to commence major drilling programs at the Antimony Canyon and Tennessee Mountain Tungsten Projects, which feature historical grades up to 2.06% WO₃. Trigg’s Managing Director, Andre Booyzen, described the expansion as a “transformative move” that establishes control over a genuine district-scale tungsten province. Supported by rising tungsten prices and U.S. strategic demand, these developments position Trigg to build a secure domestic supply chain for critical defence and industrial materials.
