Titanium Sands Limited received retention approval for the significant license

Jun 11, 2024

Titanium Sands Limited (ASX: TSL) announced that it has received notification from the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau granting the retention of the term of license EL370 for an additional 1-year term expiring on 17 May 2025. All five of TSL's essential exploration licenses are current, allowing the company to proceed with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process.

Completing the EIA process will enable the company to advance to the issuance of the project mining license upon receipt of the Terms of Reference from the Director General of the Central Environment Authority. This renewal will facilitate the continuation and completion of the EIA process, leading to TSL's ability to apply for an Industrial Mining License (IML).
