Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX: 1TT) has announced the successful raising of AU$183,500 in capital through firm commitments from sophisticated and professional investors. This funding was secured via a placement of 91,740,000 new shares at an issue price of AU$0.002 per share.  Clee Capital Pty Ltd has been appointed as the lead manager for this placement and will receive a fee equivalent to 6% of the funds raised, excluding GST.
