Terra Uranium Limited (ASX:T92) is set to raise approximately AU$700,000 through a placement involving sophisticated and professional investors. The company will issue 5,384,616 new shares at a rate of AU$0.13 per share, each accompanied by one free attaching new option. These new options will have the same terms as existing listed options (ASX:T92O), with an exercise price of AU$0.30 per share and an expiry date of 6 September 2025. The funds generated from this placement will bolster the company's general and working capital.
Terra Uranium is actively engaged in discussions with potential Joint Venture Farm-In and Joint-Development Partners interested in directly funding drilling for their core projects. Additionally, they will continue evaluating uranium opportunities that complement their core projects in the Athabasca Basin, Canada. The placement is scheduled for around 8 November 2023. Terra Uranium's Executive Chairman, Andrew Vigar, expressed enthusiasm about the progress made in advancing their projects and engaging with potential partners for drilling funding. He also mentioned ongoing efforts to assess the uranium market for new opportunities.
