Terra Uranium Limited (ASX: T92) achieved a significant milestone in its collaboration with ATHA Energy Corp. Signing a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) is a promising step towards a potential definitive option and joint venture agreement. Under the terms of the LOI, ATHA can acquire up to 60% of T92’s Pasfield Lake Project, while T92 may acquire up to 70% of ATHA’s Spire and Horizon Projects.
Terra Uranium is fully committed to providing ATHA access to its high-quality exploration infrastructure at Pasfield Lake, including the exploration camp and road. ATHA is poised to commence drilling at the Pasfield Project in 2025, with potential exploration at its Ridge Project located directly south of Pasfield Lake. This collaboration presents an exciting opportunity for both Terra Uranium and ATHA. Furthermore, T92 will continue to propel its HawkRock and Parker Lake Projects in the Athabasca Basin and the Amer Lake Project in Nunavut.
