Steadfast Group Limited (ASX: SDF) has enhanced its foothold in the London insurance market by fully acquiring H.W. Wood Limited and HWI France. Founded in 1982, H.W. Wood is a well-established broker in the UK, known for providing risk management and insurance solutions across various sectors. This strategic acquisition enhances Steadfast’s international footprint and aligns with its growth strategy to expand market reach and services globally. The acquisition of H.W. Wood and HWI France will allow Steadfast to broaden its client offerings and leverage H.W. Wood's established network and expertise.

 This move is anticipated to support Steadfast’s ongoing efforts to deliver value for shareholders while bolstering its capabilities in the European market. The transaction underscores Steadfast's commitment to advancing its position as a leading insurance broker.
