Starpharma Holdings Limited (ASX: SPL) has announced that Dr. Jackie Fairley, the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, plans to retire in 2024 after serving for a significant period. Jackie will continue as CEO to ensure a smooth transition until a suitable successor is ready to assume the role, providing leadership and continuity throughout the transition period.
To provide flexibility during the transition, Jackie has agreed to be available under a consultancy agreement for up to 12 months after the new CEO takes over. This will allow Starpharma to benefit from her expertise during the transition period.
